ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where data is king? We're seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to join our multi-national team of Paid Search experts and play a key role in driving growth for some of the best sportsbook and online casino brands in the world.
In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing and executing high-performance based PPC campaigns across various platforms. You'll leverage your expertise to generate qualified leads, maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), and achieve our ambitious marketing objectives. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success and contribute directly to our revenue growth.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Preparing go-to-market strategies of our best brands in regulated markets.
● Daily execution of Paid Search campaigns with a focus on identifying new opportunities of growth across our biggest markets and accounts.
● Managing, optimizing & maximizing the company's ROI on Google Ads & Bing Ads (Search) with minimal management. Proven experience using advanced PPC bidding strategies such as tCPA and tROAS.
● Provide budget planning, regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance to key stakeholders like Country & Marketing Managers.
● Improving conversions by a/b testing different variables.
● Proactively maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies for Paid Search in the organization and apply in the business where applicable.
● Working closely together with the SEO, Content and CRO team to increase relevancy and conversion rate for Paid Search campaigns.
● Basic understanding of how Google Tag Manager (GTM) works for effective campaign tracking.
● Competitor analysis within the paid search ecosystem using specific competitor research tools.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
● Fluency in written and spoken English.
● 1+ years of experience working in a similar role, ideally within the gaming industry.
● Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Editor and Keyword Research Tools
● Exceptional analytical skills, being able to extract meaning and insights from large amounts of data and make recommendations based on it.
● Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution modeling
● Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Nice to have:
● Fluency in Dutch, German or Danish or any other language directly related to our active markets.
● Intermediate to advanced experience using Google Analytics. Google Analytics 4 Certification would be ideal.
● Experience in PPC automation tools and scripts
