We’re seeking a skilled problem-solver with a passion for resolving complex technical and production challenges through rigorous root cause analysis. Your role involves designing and architecting eMotor systems, addressing critical challenges through root cause analysis, identifying design weaknesses, acting as a technical point of contact, mentoring team members, overseeing product testing, and ensuring technical documentation accuracy.
Must have:
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong background in automotive technical project leadership.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis (D-FMEA).
  • Expertise in developing technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling using CATIA V5.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical drawing with GD&T.
  • Knowledge of hardware/software development and system engineering.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Design and architect eMotor systems/subsystems.
  • Solve design issues using root cause analysis.
  • Identify and correct design weaknesses.
  • Act as technical point of contact for customers.
  • Mentor team members and review designs.
  • Oversee product testing and analyze performance.
  • Ensure technical documentation accuracy.

  • Understanding automotive standards (ASPICE/ASIL)
  • German or French proficiency

We’re seeking a skilled problem-solver with a passion for resolving complex technical and production challenges through rigorous root cause analysis. What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Strong background in designing or leading technical projects in the automotive industry, with problem-solving skills.
  • Problem-Solving Expertise: Proficiency in root cause analysis (D-FMEA) to address design, manufacturing, and quality challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in developing technical specifications and understanding automotive standards (ASPICE/ASIL is a plus).
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling using CATIA V5.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical drawing with GD&T standard.
  • System Integration: Knowledge of hardware/software development and system engineering.
  • Language: Fluency in English; German or French proficiency is a bonus.

Your Role:

  • Address Critical Challenges: Use root cause analysis to solve design issues.

  • Oversee product testing, analyze performance data, and propose improvements based on root cause findings.
  • Ensure technical documentation meets high standards of accuracy and compliance.
