As a Product Delivery Manager reporting to the Roadmap Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring efficient delivery and adherence to governance standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the projects and products developed.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring clear and consistent updates to stakeholders. Act as a servant leader who fosters collaboration and empowers teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Agile Execution: Live and breath agile - embrace the principles, implement and refine the methodologies to optimize workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve team efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, product delivery, or a similar role within a tech-driven environment. We welcome early-career professionals who have demonstrated a strong ability to deliver results and manage projects effectively.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools: Jira and Confluence, version control systems like Git, and advanced Excel skills for data tracking and reporting. Proven ability to drive projects to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,  to facilitate collaboration across teams and handle feedback constructively.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for seeing projects through to completion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Gaming Industry Experience: Experience in iGaming, game development, or online entertainment.
