Program Manager / Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a Manager of Operations – Global Consumer Insights for a leading global e-commerce brand. This is an exciting remote/hybrid opportunity for someone located in the Pacific Time Zone to join a fast-paced, innovative team that values collaboration, efficiency, and strategic impact.

As the Manager of Operations – Global Consumer Insights, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with supplier contracts and purchase orders. This full-time, long-term opportunity allows you to work alongside cross-functional teams to drive impactful decisions that support the success of the Global Consumer Insights (GCI) team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract submission process, ensuring smooth execution between internal teams and external suppliers.
• Manage Budgets with Precision: Maintain an organized budget tracker, monitor project timelines, and ensure timely processing of contracts, POs, and accruals.
• Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with finance, legal, and procurement to ensure all contracts align with compliance and legal standards.
• Supplier Onboarding & Relations: Manage the onboarding of new suppliers and provide operational support for key supplier partnerships.
• Strategic Planning & Review: Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget planning meetings with internal teams and support reviews with 6+ key strategic suppliers within GCI.

Requirements:

• Proven success in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with the ability to thrive in a competitive and evolving industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both large and small settings
• Project management expertise, with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to plan, prioritize, and multitask
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence across various functions, geographies, and levels—both internally and externally
• Agency account management experience is a plus!
• Must be located in the Pacific Time Zone

Note: To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
