Job Description

This is a one-year contract position for a Project Administrator based on Lantau Island, Hong Kong. Responsibilities include assisting in developing, preparing, administering, and reviewing procurement approaches and tender documents (pre and post-contract). The role also involves providing administrative and supportive work for IFP, A&FE, and FAM throughout the project lifecycle. This includes managing contractor submittals and approvals, preparing reports and work schedules, and handling handover documentation. Additional responsibilities encompass managing routine license renewals, applying for new licenses/permits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements for operational and development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in the development and construction industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, along with fluency in English and Chinese.

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field
3+ years relevant experience (construction preferred)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficient in handling admin tasks independently
Fluent in English and Chinese

Job Summary:

Job Descriptions:

Assist to develop, prepare, administer and review the procurement approach and tender document at pre and post contract stage.
Assist IFP, A&FE and FAM for the administrative and supportive works throughout the project process, including contractor’s submittal and approval process, preparation of report, work schedule, submittal and approval process, handover documentations, etc.
Administer the routine license renewal process to enable LOB’s business.
Assist to apply for new licenses / permits, make necessary amendments and renewals ensuring the operation and enhancement and development projects complying with the current statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, experience in development and construction industries is highly preferred.
Proven communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of organization.
Ability in handling routine administrative work independently is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills required, able to balance the competing requirements of a wide variety of stakeholders.
Fluent in both English and Chinese.
