Job Description

To support our publishing team in Erlangen, Germany, we are currently looking for a

Publishing Team Assistant

part-time or full-time

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

Preparation of quotations and price calculation
Order processing taking into account current import and export regulations as well as follow-up and complaint processing
Inventory analyses and materials management
Supporting our international business customers and suppliers in English and German

Expected Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken German and English
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
Willingness to get familiarized with various publishing tools and processes
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Great sense of responsibility

What would be a plus?

Experience with accounting and/or taxes
Experience in the gaming or media industry
