QA Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our content discovery platform delivers a seamless experience to millions of users. What you'll be doing

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, business intelligence, and UI/UX designer teams to define and execute test plans and cases.
• Participate in the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to post-deployment verification.
• Conduct regression, functional, performance, and usability testing.
• Perform exploratory testing to ensure a seamless user experience across multiple devices and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with mobile applications, preferably with Android apps.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as TestRail, Charles Proxy, and others.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
• Experience with log analysis for debugging and monitoring purposes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL for database validation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

You might also have

• Experience with performance testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
• Understanding of mobile testing tools and frameworks like Maestro.
