- Design, development, and operation of server systems for consumer game development
- Research and development related to server APIs, etc.
- Organization of requirements and specification adjustments based on planner requests
Required Experience/Skills
- Continuously catching up on the latest technologies and unknown areas
- Experience in developing Web system APIs (Java/Go/Erlang, etc., language agnostic)
- Experience in system development using public cloud services such as AWS/GCP
- Proficiency in one or more data storage technologies among RDB/NoSQL/NewSQL
- Experience in designing and tuning data models for products
- Experience in designing and developing systems using Docker/Kubernetes
Welcome Experience/Skills
- Game programming experience (C++/C#, etc., language agnostic)
- Experience in developing and operating large-scale/high-load server systems
- Experience involved in global-scale service development
- Experience designing and developing a service or platform from scratch
- Experience in designing and developing services using microservice architecture
- Deep understanding of network protocols such as TCP/UDP
- Experience identifying technical issues in systems, independently determining causes, proposing solutions, and resolving them
- Experience leading an engineering team and solving problems as a team

Annual salary 8,000,000 JPY to 12,000,000 JPY
