You’ll be supporting our global recruiting efforts across multiple regions, working closely with colleagues in AMER, APAC, and EMEA. • Scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth process for all involved.
• Drafting and preparing offer documents, maintaining accuracy and clarity.
• Processing new hires and supporting their transition into the company.
• Maintaining accurate data in our systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborating with the global recruiting team to support and improve our recruiting processes.

• Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Workday, Jira, Slack, and Zoom.
• Experience in a customer support or administrative role.
• An interest in process improvement and finding ways to optimize workflows.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift.
