Job Summary

Job Description

The Scrum Master will guide automotive project teams, implementing the SAFe framework. Responsibilities include coaching teams in Agile methodologies and participating in PI Planning sessions. The role requires strong knowledge of Scrum roles, events, artifacts, and values, along with experience in SAFe, including Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Understanding SAFe concepts and principles for large organizations is crucial.

Must have:

Experience with Scrum roles, events, artifacts, and values.
Ability to coach teams under Agile methodology.
Strong knowledge of SAFe framework.
Understanding of SAFe concepts and principles.
Experience supporting PI Planning sessions.

Good to have:

Connected mobility knowledge.
Automotive embedded software knowledge.
Previous experience with automotive engineering.
