Job Description

Enphase Energy seeks a Salesforce Developer with 3-5 years of experience. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components; configuring Salesforce to meet business needs; integrating Salesforce with other systems; ensuring data integrity; providing technical support; and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning skills, Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud certifications, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Must have:

3-5 years Salesforce development experience
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning
Salesforce Service Cloud & Data Cloud certifications
Salesforce configuration expertise
Excellent problem-solving & communication skills

Good to have:

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Agent Force Certification

About the role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong proficiency in Apex coding and configuration. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud, backed by relevant certifications.

What you will do:

Develop and Maintain Salesforce Solutions: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and third-party tools.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and manage data migrations, data cleansing, and data deduplication.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce applications.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Who you are and what you bring:

Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Proficiency: Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
