Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Managing Consultant with a strong foundation in finance and accounting in SAP ERP implementation and support. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO modules (FI and CO), integrating core financial processes across global entities. Responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP FICO modules, providing functional expertise, collaborating with stakeholders, managing full-cycle implementations, integrating FICO with other modules, and providing guidance on SAP S/4HANA Finance migrations. The role also involves performing configuration, testing, user training, resolving production issues, documenting changes, and mentoring junior consultants.
Must have:
- 12–15 years of SAP FICO experience
- At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations
- In-depth understanding of finance and controlling principles
- Proven expertise in SAP FICO modules
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
Good to have:
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Hands-on experience with FICO customizations
- Proficiency in ABAP debugging
- SAP TRM certification

Role - SAP FICO Senior Managing Consultant
Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Snr. Managing Consultant with a strong foundation in finance and accounting in SAP ERP implementation and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO modules (FI and CO), integrating core financial processes across global entities..
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, PC, Product Costing, etc.).
- Provide functional expertise in financial accounting and controlling processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and propose effective SAP-based solutions.
- Manage and support full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects.
- Integrate FICO with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PS) and third-party systems.
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices on SAP S/4HANA Finance migrations.
- Perform configuration, testing, and user training during project phases.
- Resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.
- Document system changes, write functional specs for developments, and support technical teams.
- Act as a mentor or team lead to junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA, CPA, or MBA Finance is a strong plus).
- 12–15 years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
- In-depth understanding of finance and controlling principles, processes, and integrations.
- Proven expertise in SAP FICO modules
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (Simple Finance) preferred.
- Hands-on experience with FICO customizations and enhancements
- Proficiency in ABAP debugging and understanding of development concepts is a plus.
- SAP TRM certification is an advantage.
