The Senior Associate/Assistant Manager, Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive 360 marketing plans for various events, including new game launches, updates, and local festivals. This role involves planning and executing online marketing and advertising campaigns to boost player acquisition and retention. Key responsibilities include establishing and tracking KPIs to optimize marketing performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams on creative development and content, and maintaining the core brand through targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate will produce insightful reports, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and possess a passion for gaming.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate creative development, content support, and analytics
- Develop and maintain the core brand of our games through brand-building campaigns and projects
- Produce insightful weekly and post-campaign reports to measure key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Proven track record in marketing with experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Highly creative with the ability to see the big picture and level up the team's creative ideas
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong focus on tracking and measuring metrics
- A strong passion for gaming or knowledge of various game genres is a big plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
