Nium, a leader in real-time global payments, is seeking a Data Analyst to empower its global sales and revenue teams with accurate and actionable insights. Responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support decision-making within the Go-To-Market organization. The role involves gathering sales data from CRM and other sources, analyzing trends, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating insights through visualizations. You will also track key performance indicators, support sales teams with pipeline updates and data management, ensure data accuracy in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and assist with sales collateral maintenance and client due diligence processes. This position requires strong data skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate numbers into compelling stories.
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in analytical roles
- Expertise in Python and SQL
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience creating interactive dashboards/visualizations (Tableau preferred)

About the Role:
As a Data Analyst at Nium, you will play a critical role in empowering our global sales and revenue teams with accurate, timely, and actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support decision-making across the GTM organization. This role requires strong data skills, attention to detail, and a passion for turning numbers into stories. You will also work closely on other sales ops activities including but not limited to maintaining sales collaterals and facilitating new clients’ due diligence process
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather sales data from various sources, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, spreadsheets, and other databases.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales teams based on the analysis of sales data.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and revenue to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Support sales team with pipeline updates, account segmentation, and data imports/exports.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sales data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Support the team in various initiatives, such as maintaining of sales collaterals and facilitating new clients’ due diligence process.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in analytical roles such as data analyst or business analyst.
- Expertise in programming languages like Python and SQL.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and easily understandable data visualizations, preferably using Tableau.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
