PRIMARY FUNCTION OF POSITION

This is the lead position of Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter’s digital marketing Team.  Senior digital marketing manager will lead the digital marketing performance and be responsible for developing the Studio Tour’s digital marketing strategies, consumer digital journey design, SEO/SEM with key focus to drive ticket sale and data-driven email marketing / social campaigns aiding to increase Studio Tour’s awareness and drive consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis to fill in opportunity gaps across all funnels and optimize strategies to achieve the Studio Tour’s long term business growth.

Oversee digital marketing strategies and planning

  • Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies for consumer direct channels, to be aligned with overall marketing plan with key focus to drive ticket sales for Studio Tour for long term business growth
  • Lead the holistic digital media strategies and planning with agencies to manage and optimize online advertising channels, including PPC, social media and display campaigns etc
  • Manage and drive effective digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, display, CRM and partnerships ensuring campaign tracking is in place and results monitored
  • Build a framework to optimize and measure campaign strategies across all marketing channels, provide suggestion for future success 
  • Run high-impact campaigns and experiments from idea to execution and post-campaign analysis
  • Manage the consumer marketing database, implementing data-growth strategies to ensure quality subscribers and data is cleansed regularly in line with best practice recommendations
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities and develop holistic digital marketing approach for audience expansion and engagement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge
  • Continuously optimize the user journey and website experience to enhance conversion rates
  • Identify threats and opportunity gaps to be addressed and suggest solutions
  • Identify, cultivate and monitor the most lean-forward audiences for Studio Tour’s brands, with a strategic approach toward the right audiences to develop and acquire

Reporting and analysis

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of paid media and provide regular performance reports
  • Analyze digital media and campaigns performance to ensure constant ROI maximization
  • Forecast, measure, analyse, and report trends in data to obtain marketing insights on consumer behaviour and leverage the insights to drive growth
  • Own analytics initiatives to measure the impact of all marketing activities on digital platform
  • Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine digital marketing approaches
  • Build digestible reports that prove results and surface new insights for stakeholders’ business review
  • Conduct regular website/ webstore performance audit and uncover areas for growth

Team management and collaboration

  • Manage a small team to ensure the team efforts and focus are aligned with Studio Tour’s business goals
  • Setting up team objectives, tracking KPIs, establishing processes and prioritizing team projects according to the impact that they have on the business/results
  • Work collaboratively with brand marketing and agencies, use data to supply insight for developing impactful and targeted digital content
  • Collaborate with other WBD teams including Warner Bros. Studio Tour London’s marketing team and Japan’s franchise/ digital team for synergy
  • Develop effective relationship with internal teams including IT, Finance, Operations, Events and Commercial teams for cross teams collaborations

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Work Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specializing on paid media management and digital marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets
  • Familiarity with the attractions, entertainment industry or E-commerce is a plus

  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese languages is essential
  • Excellent business sense with a result-driven mindset and commercially astute
