Job Description

As a Senior Integration Engineer at CyberArk, you will join the global Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) team to build and deliver integrations for customers. You will work hands-on with CyberArk's products, contribute to implementation strategies, and serve as a technical advisor throughout the integration lifecycle. Responsibilities include customer engagement to understand objectives, leading SaaS and on-premises deployments using no-code/low-code tools, troubleshooting technical issues, collecting feedback for product enhancements, driving customer onboarding, and contributing to knowledge sharing through documentation and knowledge base articles. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
Must have:

  • Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, Active Directory

What You Will Do

As a Sr. Integration Engineer, you will join the global IGA team and focus on building and delivering integrations for our customers. You will work hands-on with our products, contribute to implementation strategies, and act as a trusted technical advisor during the integration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Partner closely with customers to understand their objectives, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Product Implementation: Lead SaaS and on-premises deployments, leveraging no-code/low-code tools for fast, effective integrations.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Investigate and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the Global Support Team to ensure customer success.
  • Feedback & Enhancement: Collect, analyze, and groom integration-related feature requests to support Product Management planning.
  • Enablement & Training: Drive customer onboarding and lead technical sessions to promote product adoption and best practices.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal documentation and external knowledge base articles. Maintain up-to-date Integration Knowledge Items (IKIs).

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, including 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Pre-Sales Engineer, Integration Engineer, Solutions Architect).
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Python, Angular, HTML, or similar languages.
  • Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, Active Directory, and other Identity Providers (IdPs).
  • A strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex technical problems and understanding customer needs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven track record of customer engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in technical contexts.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 – $132,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
