Job Description

The Senior Market Insight Analyst will manage Mistplay's market insights program and knowledge base, playing a critical role in the company's continued innovation. Responsibilities include analyzing and tracking mobile gaming and ad tech industries, assessing the viability of new products/features, conducting user research, executing recurring reports (NPS surveys, trend newsletters, user interviews), maintaining a market insights knowledge base, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting data-driven reports. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in market research or a related field, proven experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and experience with market intelligence tools.

L'analyste sénior des perspectives du marché gérera le programme et la base de connaissances des perspectives du marché de Mistplay. Le poste joue un rôle essentiel dans l'innovation continue de l'entreprise au sein de l'industrie des jeux mobiles et de l'ad tech grâce à une recherche active couvrant les tendances de l'industrie, le comportement des utilisateurs et le paysage concurrentiel.Tu seras rattaché au directeur principal du marketing et tu collaboreras au quotidien avec le marketing, les produits, les données et d'autres parties prenantes.

Tes missions chez Mistplay :
Analyser et suivre les industries du jeu mobile et de l'ad tech en tant qu'expert de l'entreprise afin d'anticiper les changements, d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités et de garder une longueur d'avance sur les concurrents.
Évaluer la viabilité des nouveaux produits/fonctionnalités, y compris la taille du marché, l'adéquation au marché et l'analyse comparative des concurrents afin de réduire le risque de mise sur le marché de Mistplay et de soutenir l'expansion stratégique de l'entreprise.
Mener des recherches auprès des utilisateurs de Mistplay afin de comprendre leurs préférences, leurs problèmes et leurs besoins pour faire avancer la stratégie produit centrée sur l'utilisateur.
Réaliser des recherches et des rapports récurrents, allant des enquêtes NPS trimestrielles et des bulletins d'information sur les tendances aux entretiens avec les utilisateurs et à la recherche secondaire via des outils d'intelligence marketing.
Maintenir une base de connaissances interne, en constante évolution et à jour, sur les perspectives du marché, qui suit les informations historiques et actuelles, et fonctionne comme une ressource en libre-service pour les équipes internes.
Collaborer activement avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre leurs projets et besoins fonctionnels, puis proposer et exécuter des stratégies de recherche tout en veillant à l'alignement sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.
Produire et présenter aux principales parties prenantes des rapports fondés sur des données, assortis de commentaires et d'analyses exploitables, qui servent de base à la croissance de l'entreprise.

Ce que nous recherchons:
3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des études de marché, de la connaissance des consommateurs ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience confirmée dans la synthèse d'informations qualitatives et quantitatives en vue d'obtenir des résultats précis et exploitables.
Expérience de l'utilisation d'outils d'information sur le marché mobile (par exemple Sensor Tower), de plateformes d'analyse (par exemple Statista), d'outils d'écoute sociale (par exemple Meltwater) et de fournisseurs externes.
Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes transversaux et compétences en matière de données et d'analyse, y compris l'utilisation de Microsoft Excel ou d'un logiciel similaire.
Excellent communicateur et présentateur, avec une forte capacité à raconter des histoires à travers les données.
Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et fortes capacités de gestion du temps et des projets.
Solides compétences en communication et maîtrise de l'anglais.
La connaissance du secteur des jeux mobiles ou de l'ad tech est un atout.

The Sr. Market Insight Analyst will operate Mistplay’s market insights program and knowledgebase. The position plays a critical role in enabling the company’s continued innovation within the mobile gaming and ad tech industry through active research spanning industry trends, user behavior, and the competitor landscape.You will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Data, and other stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.

What You'll Be Doing:
Analyze and track the mobile gaming and ad tech industries as the company’s subject matter expert in order to anticipate changes, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors.
Assess the viability of new products/features including market sizing, market fit, and competitor benchmarking to reduce Mistplay’s go-to-market risk and support strategic business expansion.
Conduct research with Mistplay’s userbase to continually understand their preferences, pain points, and needs to drive forward user-centric product strategy.
Execute recurring research and reports, spanning quarterly NPS surveys and trend newsletters to user interviews and secondary research via marketing intelligence tools.
Maintain an ever-growing, up-to-date internal knowledgebase of market insights that tracks historic and current information, and functions as a self-serve resource for internal teams.
Actively collaborate with stakeholders to understand their functional projects and needs, then propose and execute research strategies while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Produce and present data-driven reports to key stakeholders, with actionable commentary and analysis, that act as foundational insights to enable further business growth.

What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or a related field.
Proven track record of synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into accurate and actionable outcomes.
Experience using mobile market intelligence tools (ie. Sensor Tower), insights platforms (ie. Statista), social listening tools (ie. Meltwater), and external vendors.
Aptitude for cross-functional problem solving with proficient data and analytics skills, including usage of Microsoft Excel or similar software.
Excellent communicator and presenter, with strong ability to tell stories through data
Ability to work independently with strong time management and project management capabilities.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
Knowledge of the mobile gaming industry or ad-tech is a plus.
