Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

•              Develop a deep understanding of user-centric design principles and standard processes to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.

•              Demonstrate patience and excellent listening skills to gather and understand client requirements, providing multiple design iterations as needed.

•              Explore and propose innovative design ideas, leveraging creativity and industry best practices.

•              Convert design concepts into high-quality HTML/CSS code, ensuring responsive and accessible web pages.

•              Collaborate with developers, and stakeholders to refine designs and address feedback effectively.

•              Apply usability principles and best practices to ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

•              Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge.

•              Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals, demonstrating self-motivation and strong problem-solving abilities.

•              Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•              4-8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design and HTML development, with a strong focus on user experience and web design.

•              Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and PowerPoint for creating and presenting design concepts.

•              Strong portfolio showcasing web UX design projects, including research methodologies and problem-solving approaches.

•              Solid understanding of usability principles and best practices in responsive and mobile-first design.

•              Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Bootstrap for converting designs into functional, responsive web pages.

•              Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design solutions clearly.

•              Experience applying Agile principles to the design and development process to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Added Advantage:

•              Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS) and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack).

•              Experience in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
