This role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end vendor operations strategy to enhance vendor engagement, efficiency, and growth. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with product, operations, and market teams to build scalable solutions. Responsibilities include optimizing vendor health, tailoring performance strategies for different markets, analyzing key metrics to identify and address underperforming vendors, and collaborating with product teams to balance ad revenue with vendor experience. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment for those passionate about solving complex challenges.

Job Description

This role requires a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on individual who can work across product, operations, and market teams to build scalable solutions that improve vendor engagement, efficiency, and growth. What's on your plate?

  • Drive the end-to-end vendor operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Partner closely with local and regional commercial teams to optimize vendor health, efficiency, and overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with local markets to understand local nuances and tailor performance strategies to optimize vendor onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies, to ensure seamless vendor experience
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify underperforming vendors, develop rehabilitation plans, and implement structured solutions.
  • Work with front-end and back-end product teams to ensure a balance between ad revenue, vendor experience, and operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting or strategy-related roles, vendor operations/onboarding, performance management, or program management, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, FMCG, or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and design scalable solution
  • Proven expertise in vendor performance management, including scaling operations, driving efficiency, and improving marketplace dynamics.
  • Highly analytical mindset – Ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management & cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence product, operations, and market teams.
