Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical QA to contribute to the creation of a novel experience for RPG players. This role involves refining QA bug reporting and triage processes, writing and reviewing QA documentation, mentoring junior team members, and staying current with QA methodologies. The Senior Technical QA will also present to internal and external collaborators. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in testing functionality, certification, and performance. The company is developing a unique game inspired by multiple titles.
Must have:
- Assist with bug reporting and triage processes.
- Write and review relevant QA documentation.
- Mentor junior QA team members.
- Stay up-to-date on QA processes and methodologies.
- Hold presentations for collaborators.
- At least 5 years of industry experience
- Experience with AA+ and/or multiplatform titles.

Job Details
We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical QA to join this team in creating a new experience for RPG players. The company is working to deliver a unique first title which combines influences from multiple games.
Role Responsibilities:
- You will assist with evolving QA bug reporting & triage processes suitable for development, early access and LiveOps
- You will help write, review and critique relevant QA documentation
- You will also assist with mentoring and training more junior members of the QA team
- You will stay up-to-date on the evolution of QA processes, methodologies, tools etc and advice supervisors on opportunities & benefits
- Additionally, you may be called upon to hold presentations for internal or external collaborators
Desirable skills and knowledge:
- At least 5 years of industry experience
- At least 1 shipped titles with AA+ and/or multiplatform titlesYou will assist with all functionality, certification and performance testing activities
