Senior Unity Programmer

Creators of the „We. The Revolution” are looking for a talented Senior Unity Programmer to work on new, as-of-yet unannounced projects.

The biggest value of Polyslash is its team. That is why we are looking for open-minded, creative people, who are able to appreciate video games as an art form.

Requirements:

• – At least 3 years of experience in Unity programming (or at least 2 shipped games),
• – Excellent knowledge of C# programming language,
• – Proven experience in team management,
• – Knowledge of project management techniques (Scrum, Kanban, etc.),
• – Ability to create quick prototypes of proposed game mechanics,
• – Understanding the importance of teamwork,
• – Keeping deadlines and avoiding crunches,
• – Providing and accepting honest feedback about projects you co-create,
• – Willingness to solve conflicts without reaching for melee weapons.

Extra points for:

• – Knowledge of C++,
• – Experience in working with the Unreal Engine 4,
• – Good command of the English language,
• – Knowledge of Zenject and UniRX,
• – Experience in writing shaders.
