Within the UX/UI team and in collaboration with the production teams, you will work daily with highly creative colleagues, from game strategists and designers to art directors, animators and engineers.

As a Senior UX Designer, your main responsibilities will be to establish and lead the UX process, structure, and hierarchy of interfaces and content for applications and video games on different platforms (mobile, PC and console). You will be responsible for research, flows, wireframes, as well as prototypes in order to make your vision clear for everybody. You will also be called upon to present and share your user experience visions with the project teams and work with them to implement this UX and monitor their progress throughout the implementation process.



   
  • In collaboration with the producer, the game designers and the artistic director, define the vision of the project experience;

  • Lead and plan UX processes and initiatives on new and existing projects;

  • Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and create all necessary documentation to help other departments in the project and stakeholders fully understand the UX vision;

  • Make data driven decisions through research and testing.

  • Work closely with UI Designers and create high quality user-friendly interfaces.

  • Participate in the internal development of the UX practice by educating and knowledge sharing fellow UX designers and others who could benefit from UX;

  • Represent UX and accessibility and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in gaming/applications.





Requirements


  • You have at least 5-8 years of related experience;

  • You understand the full game production pipeline and have released at least 2 game titles;

  • You have a passion for video game culture;

  • You have solid knowledge of UX processes and can integrate into the production process;

  • You are empathetic, a good communicator, able to articulate your design decisions, and present/document your work;

  • You have an open and curious mind, continuously looking for new trends and innovation in your area of expertise;

  • You’re a team player, proactive and positive;

  • You’re autonomous and resourceful;

  • You are extremely organized and enjoy a variety of projects;

  • You thrive off of research, data, and information from users;

  • You welcome all feedback and are open to giving your opinion without imposing a vision;

  • Mastery of a specific tool is not a prerequisite but knowledge of Figma is an asset.
