Job Details
Job Summary:
Manage Purchase Order creation and modification in merchandise management system – Simba.
Work with Merchandise System team to support the POS promotion testing, deployments, user administration tasks, transaction validation process, business data extractions and handling user enquiries and system issues
Manage Vendor Profile creation and modification including co-ordinate and answer the vendor enquiry and follow up on Purchase Order status.
Manage Item price change and merchandise hierarchy updates e.g. creating new hierarchy elements and re-class process.
Work closely with system team to maintain up-to-date information in merchandise management system and vendor website platform.
Work closely with Merchandise sub-team such as Planning, Product Development, Creative Design, Visual Merchandising and Operations team to provide support in POM and Systems.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent level in related disciplines
3 years of relevant working experience in purchase order management
Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA would be advantageous
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
