We’re looking for a sports and betting enthusiast to join the Latam Sportsbook team. Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, you will be part of a new team primarily managing the trading, risk & content management amongst other aspects of the product. This is all to ensure it meets the needs of the Stake customers and giving them a first-class experience.
No day will ever be the same. Tasks will include: live-time monitoring of bets; client customer profiling; identifying any unusual betting patterns/behaviours; and back-end reporting on what is a 24/7 betting schedule. You will work through large betting data sets to analyse information to assist with the above, therefore analytic skills are a must.
Working closely with the Sportsbook Manager, you’ll be looking for data that supports the decision making and then communicating findings to other colleagues, teams and external partners. Risk will also be a constant component of the job, requiring you to maximise customer experience as well as profitability. Therefore, it is essential the candidate has working knowledge/fundamentals of Sports betting. You’ll develop strong working relationships with the Sportsbook team, Marketing, Customer Support function and the wider Easygo business, all in the interest of the Stake brand. Therefore, the experience and/or the ability to work interdepartmentally across a global business will be required.
