We are seeking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive for UK Policing who has a demonstrable track record in selling directly to, with and through our partners to UK Police Forces. The opportunity for Intelligent Automation within the policing market is substantial as demonstrated by numerous forces that have made the investment in Intelligent Automation solutions.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

You will need to demonstrate the following. 

·       Ability to map Intelligent Automation capabilities to support Policing priorities and objectives.

·       Executive rapport, the ability to recognise and understand their objectives, at the most senior level and able to communicate strategic value, with passion and energy.  

·       You will have a ‘challenger’ mindset and be able to facilitate and manage difficult conversations when necessary. 

·       Ability to attract senior sponsors/champions within the customer organization, identify and build compelling events, quantify the impact of Blue Prism solution through building compelling business cases. 

·       Delivering predictable revenue. Ability to drive close plans including a clear understanding of the buying process, decision making process, paper process within the customer organization, building close plans aligned with the customer team and leveraging executive relationships to confirm close plans. 

·       Demonstrated ability to orchestrate and own the medium and long-term execution of the accounts’ strategy, incorporating partners and building a pipeline that ensures the potential to meet or exceed quota. 

·       Proficient and experienced in using a structured sales process (like MEDDPICC) and drive Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management.

 

Experience and Education Requirements: 
 

·       Demonstrable business experience in Sales or Consulting with complex business software solutions 

·       Enough years of experience to be able to read your audience, challenge the status quo and drive debate and the agenda with your customer 

·       Strategic account management experience, retaining the narrative within multifunctional account teams 

·       Track record of selling into the Public Sector, experience with UK Policing would be a distinct advantage.

·       Strong knowledge of contractual and regulatory challenges that can create roadblocks 

·       Strategic thinker, creative and innovative approach 

·       Inquisitive and sharing mind-set 

·       Preparedness; strong analysis and clarity of the sales process
