This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Admin role responsible for managing recruitment processes, coordinating with executives, hiring managers, and the entire TA team. The role requires familiarity with Zoho ATS to provide comprehensive support, streamline the recruitment process, ensure smooth ATS operations, provide user training, and assist in system optimization. Key responsibilities include system management & optimization, training & support, process improvement, and reporting & analytics using Zoho ATS. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possess a collaborative mindset.

Job Details

This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Admin role. The Admin will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, coordinating with executives, hiring managers and the entire TA team, and providing administrative support.

We are seeking someone who has familiarity with Zoho ATS to provide comprehensive support to our Talent Acquisition (TA) team and senior executives in utilizing Zoho ATS effectively. This individual will play a pivotal role in helping the team streamline the recruitment process, ensure smooth ATS operations, provide user training, and assist in system optimization to drive better recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
System Management & Optimization:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Zoho ATS, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges within Zoho ATS, collaborating with Zoho support when necessary.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the ATS platform.

Training & Support:
Provide hands-on training and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team and other HR stakeholders on how to use Zoho ATS effectively.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires within the team, helping them get up to speed with the ATS features.
Provide ongoing support to users, answering queries and helping resolve issues related to the platform.

Process Improvement:
Collaborate with the TA team and HR leadership to understand requirements and recommend system enhancements or process changes.
Assist in improving the candidate experience by recommending Zoho ATS features to simplify application tracking, communication, and reporting.
Suggest and implement best practices for utilizing Zoho ATS to ensure optimal recruitment workflows and KPIs.

Reporting & Analytics:
Assist in generating recruitment-related reports, dashboards, and analytics using Zoho ATS’s built-in reporting tools.
Provide insights and recommendations based on ATS data to help TA leadership track hiring progress, improve recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in working with Zoho ATS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for training and support.
Ability to explain complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business leaders.
