Paytm, a leading Indian mobile payments and financial services company, is seeking a Team Lead for Sales to manage offline merchant QR sales. The role involves representing the brand, managing customer relationships from lead outreach to purchase, and driving sales of products and services. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions and ensuring sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent market knowledge, and experience managing a sales team. They should also understand distribution, expansion strategies, and key performance metrics.
Must have:
- Smartphone, bike, and helmet
- Zeal for growth
- Good market knowledge
- Prior channel sales experience
- Managed a sales team of 5
- Understand distribution and expansion
- Understand sales metrics
- Experience in team incentive programs
Good to have:
- More than 3 years in Channel & Distribution
- Team handling experience
- Proficiency in Excel and sales data tools

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
2. Team handing experience is a must
3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
