As a Technical Services Manager, you will be the primary lead to coordinate and manage projects within the electronic gaming operation including product moves and installations. A highly organised, focused team leader who will support the gaming teams and venues in the delivery of Grosvenor’s electronic gaming offer. This role works closely with suppliers, support based teams and operations to deliver the electronic product roadmap. You would be responsible for recruiting, training and developing a team of technical specialists, maintaining high standards and adhering to best practices, while ensuring technicians are carrying out their responsibilities to budget and on time.
