As a Travel & Logistics Coordinator, you will manage a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements and logistics operations. In this role, you’ll ensure the seamless coordination of travel plans, transportation, accommodations, and related activities, while adhering to corporate travel policies and managing cost-effective travel solutions.
Research and compare prices, availability, and quality of travel options.
Ensure bookings are compliant with the existing corporate travel policies.
Plan, coordinate, and book travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and transportation.
Manage and process all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, travel insurance, and feedback forms.
Assist with any travel-related issues that may arise.
Review travel expense reports following the internal guidelines and practices.
Drive continuous improvement of travel programs, policies, and platforms.
Previous experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Highly motivated and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with travel management systems will be an asset.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
