We are looking for a UA lead to take the initiative, be hands-on and directly shape Bebopbee’s growth strategy and success.

Responsibilities

• Help our mobile game “Wonderful World” to become a global success by making it go Top-10 grossing!
• Work on creating engaging ads storyboards & marketing creatives with artists + PMs
• Work with Product, Community and Analysts to develop insights and create and optimize innovative UA campaigns across the networks
• Explore new opportunities for growth including new channels & partnerships with travel companies, influencers & brands - leveraging game’s unique real-world connections
• Work across teams, brainstorm creative microstories & experiment new ways to UA

Required Skills

• 2+ years experience in Mobile User Acquisition/Marketing is a must
• Analytical thinking and good with numbers. Passionate about engaging quality video ads
• Growth hacker mentality, Open-minded approach to try new UA channels & partners
• Campaign management, including optimization and monitoring of campaigns, budget allocation, leading A/B tests, identifying new channels, analysis

Nice to Have

• Experience in F2P, Match-3 and/or Travel
• Experience analyzing large datasets in an analytics role
