Job Description
Voodoo seeks a User Acquisition Manager to lead UA activities for a portfolio of games and apps. Reporting to a Lead UA Manager, you'll leverage expertise and creativity to make products global hits. Responsibilities include planning and managing UA campaigns, analyzing campaign performance to boost ROAS, collaborating with Product and Creative teams, using internal growth tools, improving them with the Tech team, sharing best practices, leading projects, and coaching junior members. You'll work with various platforms (Facebook Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, TikTok, DSPs, MMPs), and have experience with influencer marketing and ASO. The ideal candidate is a performance marketing expert with a proven track record of successful ROAS strategies on mobile games/apps and a passion for innovation.
Must have:
- Performance marketing & paid acquisition experience (gaming/apps)
- Successful ROAS strategies on mobile games/apps
- Experience with UA platforms (Facebook Ads, AdMob, etc.) and MMPs
- Experimentation methodologies and processes
- Influencer marketing and ASO experience
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Good to have:
- Experience with innovative organic/viral tactics

The team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.
Role
Voodoo is looking for an User Acquisition Manager to own user acquisition activities on a portfolio of games and apps. Reporting to one of our Lead UA Managers, you will leverage your expertise and creativity to turn great mobile products into global hits.
- Plan and manage UA campaigns for multiple games and/ or apps
- Analyze the performance of our campaigns, identify the most relevant signals, and increase the ROAS of our games and apps
- Work closely with our Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and share feedback
- Use our suite of internal growth tools and interface with our Tech team to continuously improve them
- Deepen your UA expertise and share best practices with other teams to keep our organization at the forefront of growth innovation
- Lead transversal projects and coach junior team members
Profile
- You have experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition, in application or gaming companies
- You have a successful track record with ROAS strategies on mobile games and/ or apps
- You’re intimately familiar with user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
- You’re well-versed with experimentation methodologies and processes
- You have experience with influencer marketing and ASO
- You’re a hacker: you’ve already tried innovative organic/ viral tactics
- You speak and write English fluently
