Job Description

The VP of Business Development at G5 Games will lead the expansion of their mobile publishing business, including the G5 Store. Responsibilities include entering new markets, forging strategic partnerships with app stores and advertising platforms, identifying and executing M&A deals, and managing the business development team. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience scaling businesses within the gaming industry (preferably casual games), a thorough understanding of US, European, and Asian markets, and strong negotiation skills. Fluent English and Russian are essential. The role involves collaborating with international teams and partners, optimizing business processes, and driving revenue growth through publishing games in diverse markets.

We are currently looking for an experienced VP of Business Development who will drive G5’s publishing expansion, build strategic partnerships, and explore new market opportunities. If you value not just managing but inspiring and helping employees grow — we’d love to have you on our team!

What you will work on:

  • Expanding G5’s publishing business on mobile platforms and G5 Store.
  • Entering new markets and platforms to assess business potential.
  • Publishing games in "exotic" countries to generate additional revenue.
  • Managing strategic partnerships with app stores and advertising platforms.
  • Identifying and closing M&A deals.
  • Building and growing the business development team.
  • Collaborating with international teams and partners.

What we expect:

  • Deep understanding of the US, European, and Asian markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with international contracts.
