Job Description

As a Working Student - CRM at InnoGames, you'll contribute significantly to the company's CRM campaigns. Responsibilities include assisting in creating multichannel content (newsletters, in-game pop-ups), checking campaign functionality within the game, preparing standardized campaign evaluations (Excel), documenting processes in Confluence, and conducting competitive analysis. This role provides hands-on experience in digital multichannel CRM within a supportive environment. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in college/university, enjoy playing mobile/tablet games (ideally InnoGames' titles), possess strong organizational skills, are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and have fluent German and excellent English communication skills.

Experience with InnoGames' games
Familiarity with CRM software

Your mission

Multichannel Content. Assist in creating newsletters and in-game pop-ups.
CRM Campaigns. Check the functionality of CRM campaigns in the game.
Analysis. Prepare standardized evaluations for individual campaigns (in Excel).
Documentation. Document in the company wiki (in Confluence).
Competitive Analysis. Observe and analyze our competitors.

Your skill set

Studies. You are currently enrolled in a college or university.
Gamer. You enjoy playing games on your phone or tablet and have ideally already played one of our games.
Willingness to Learn. You have a quick grasp, enjoy learning new things, and quickly adapt to new software.
Self-Organized Work Style. You complete your work reliably, diligently, and with care.
Practical Experience. You have experience with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Language Skills. You speak fluent German and are eager to use your excellent English skills daily
