This Working Student position within the CRM team involves preparing, reviewing, and documenting CRM campaigns. The role offers hands-on experience in digital multichannel CRM, including creating newsletters, checking campaign functionality, preparing evaluations in Excel, and documenting in the company wiki. The ideal candidate will assist with analyzing competitors and collaborating with a dynamic multicultural team. The position allows you to work in an atmosphere that empowers creative thinking and strong results.
Must have:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university.
- Enjoy playing games on phone or tablet.
- Quick grasp, enjoys learning new things.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Are you studying in Hamburg and looking for a job? Join our CRM team where you'll play an integral role in preparing, reviewing, and documenting CRM campaigns. Your mission
- Multichannel Content. Assist in creating newsletters and in-game pop-ups.
- CRM Campaigns. Check the functionality of CRM campaigns in the game.
- Analysis. Prepare standardized evaluations for individual campaigns (in Excel).
- Documentation. Document in the company wiki (in Confluence).
- Competitive Analysis. Observe and analyze our competitors.
Your skill set
- Studies. You are currently enrolled in a college or university.
- Gamer. You enjoy playing games on your phone or tablet and have ideally already played one of our games.
- Willingness to Learn. You have a quick grasp, enjoy learning new things, and quickly adapt to new software.
- Self-Organized Work Style. You complete your work reliably, diligently, and with care.
- Practical Experience. You have experience with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language Skills. You speak fluent German and are eager to use your excellent English skills daily
