 アカウント戦略の優先順位を設定し、社内外のリソースを最適に活用することで、顧客に対して最大のインパクトを提供します。

 長期的かつ有益なデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現するため、社内の専門チームやパートナー企業と連携し、最適なチームを組成・指揮します。

This position is responsible for managing major enterprise customers in the power industry, driving digital transformation, and maximizing business outcomes. By leveraging deep industry knowledge and strategic thinking, the Account Manager will build strong relationships with customers and deliver valuable solutions using Microsoft’s latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Understanding Customer Needs and Industry Trends
 Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, strategies, and priorities while staying updated on industry trends. Lead digital transformation initiatives to create business value and drive tangible results.

 

🔹 Developing and Executing Account Plans
 Create and execute strategic account plans that ensure the success of both customers and Microsoft.

 

🔹 Strategic Thinking and Resource Management
 Prioritize key initiatives, allocate resources efficiently, and develop a strategic approach to account management to maximize impact.

 

🔹 Driving Team Selling
 Coordinate and lead internal teams and partner organizations to drive long-term, meaningful digital transformation for customers.

 

🔹 Building Trusted Relationships with Executives
 Establish and leverage strong relationships with customer executives to become a trusted strategic partner, accelerating business transformation.

 

🔹 Crafting Value Propositions and Business Plans
 Develop compelling value propositions and tailored business plans to address customer challenges and drive digital transformation initiatives.

 

🔹 Collaborating with Global Teams
 Work closely with various internal teams, including Microsoft headquarters, to deliver innovative technology solutions that support customer transformation and address critical business challenges.

Qualifications

学士号(ビジネス、テクノロジー、または関連分野)および5年以上の経験(エンタープライズアカウントでの業務、デジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進、またはその他の関連業務(例:コンサルティング、テクノロジー))または経営学修士号(MBA)および4年以上の経験(エンタープライズアカウントでの業務、デジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進、またはその他の関連業務(例:コンサルティング、テクノロジー))または7年以上の経験(エンタープライズアカウントでの業務、デジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進、またはその他の関連業務(例:コンサルティング、テクノロジー))または同等の経験。

ビジネスで対応可能な日本語及び英語力

 

 

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in an Enterprise Account, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years experience working in an Enterprise Account, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR 7+ years experience in working in an Enterprise Account, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience.
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in professional settings

Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Position

 

・Strategic Account Management

Oversee the planning and execution of multiple account strategies to drive revenue growth for both Microsoft and customers.

Collaborate with partners to create new business opportunities and achieve sales and consumption targets.

Understand customer needs and priorities to propose strategic solutions.

 

・Customer Engagement and Business Transformation

Leverage technology to support customers' business transformation and drive value creation.

Strengthen relationships with executive leadership and regularly present the value of Microsoft solutions.

Build trust with customers and partners to generate new market opportunities.

 

・Industry Knowledge and Market Adaptation

Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to position Microsoft solutions effectively.

Understand customers' business and technology strategies to provide optimal solutions.

 

・Sales Excellence

Enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
