Job Description

The Account Manager Agency will support the Agency Liaison Team. The role involves managing and developing agencies, presenting solutions to new partners, building long-term relationships, and monitoring budgets. Responsibilities also include identifying sales potential, developing strategies, and establishing structures for the Agency Liaison Team to improve collaboration. The role requires someone who is creative, a strong communicator and keen to break new grounds at coliquio. You will be in contact with the Agency Liaison Team and relevant stakeholders such as Marketing, Commercial Product or Sales to realize your ideas. You will help to establish the necessary structures for the Agency Liaison Team in order to simplify collaboration and make processes more efficient.

  • Initial knowledge of the industry.
  • Proactive contribution of ideas and independent work.

THE CHALLENGE:
We are currently looking for an Account Manager Agency (m/f/d) to support our Agency Liaison Team. 
Are you creative, a strong communicator and keen to break new grounds at coliquio? As part of a small team, you will play a key role in working with our agency partners. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the development and expansion of an important business area and shape its future with your ideas:
  • You will manage and develop our agencies (mainly media, creative and omnichannel agencies) and ensure that we reach the next level of collaboration together.
  • You present our solutions convincingly, even to new partners. You are also responsible for building long-term and trustworthy relationships.
  • You monitor and manage budgets of your focus accounts and have a clear view of their development.
  • You identify needs and sales potential to develop strategies to achieve our corporate goals.
  • To realize your ideas, you will be in contact with the Agency Liaison Team and relevant stakeholders such as Marketing, Commercial Product or Sales.
  • You will help to establish the necessary structures for the Agency Liaison Team in order to simplify collaboration and make processes more efficient.
YOUR POTENTIAL:
  • You have several years of experience in project and account management and you love being in direct contact with customers.
  • Ideally, you have already worked with or in agencies, preferably media agencies, and have initial knowledge of the industry.
  • You proactively contribute your ideas and work independently to realize them.
  • You know how to identify and successfully expand new partnerships and prospects.
  • You want to work in a small, agile team with short decision-making structures and a strong focus on results.
