Job Description

The Account Product Strategist at Google will be responsible for helping major clients in the region plan, implement, and monitor robust product strategies. This role requires a consultative approach, partnering with sales, product specialists, and agencies to achieve client goals. Responsibilities encompass managing complex campaigns across Google Ads solutions, ensuring performance meets KPIs, building client relationships, and understanding core business objectives. The ideal candidate will proactively work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and develop data-driven analyses with clear recommendations. They will also develop a deep understanding of Google Advertising products and how they can be used to achieve various marketing objectives, contributing to Google's product adoption and sales goals. This position requires fluency in English and Spanish.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting and project management.
  • Knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and demonstrated data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work as part of culturally cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create programs to drive performance (e.g., scalable implementation plans).
  • Excellent investigative, presentation, and communication skills.

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will be responsible to help our biggest clients in the region to plan, implement and monitor robust product strategies that drive the business and marketing objectives.

With a consultative approach you will partner with Sales, Product Specialists and Agencies Teams to land product opportunities and goals with clients. You will manage the execution and delivery of complex campaigns across all Google Ads Solutions and Platforms ensuring the performance meets customers Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also develop and maintain an in-depth relationship with the client to understand the customers core business objectives and tests.


In addition, you will work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement and measure scalable product performance projects across our region, and to identify future opportunities.

You will be ensuring that the strategy and performance of Google Ads products at account level excels the objectives of our clients, contributing to Google’s product adoption and sales objectives.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business tests, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time.
  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. 
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
