Job Description

The Account Strategist, SMB, will work with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in Poland, advising them on how to optimize their Google Ads campaigns for maximum return on investment. Responsibilities include delivering against ambitious growth goals, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting regular consultations, owning a portfolio of SMB clients, and driving customer growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills (Polish and English fluency required), knowledge of Google Ads and online advertising, and the ability to build engaging narratives and influence stakeholders. They should also be proficient in managing multiple projects, consistently exceeding quotas, and thoroughly understanding client business needs to develop effective growth strategies.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in advertising/sales/marketing
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Knowledge of Google Ads
  • Client relationship management
  • Achieve ambitious growth goals
Good to have:
  • Storytelling abilities
  • Stakeholder influence
  • Portfolio management experience in Poland

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in an advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Polish and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Google Ads and online advertising.
  • Ability to build engaging narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Poland, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and conduct regular phone consultations with clients to advise them on how to get the best return on their Google Ads investment.
  • Own a portfolio of small businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievement.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
