Job Description
Reboot Staff is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our New Orleans office. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining smooth office functionality and providing professional assistance to management and staff.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Assist with onboarding new staff and coordinating internal communications
Handle office supply inventory and reorder as needed
Provide support during meetings by taking minutes and distributing materials
Liaise with external vendors and partners as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
