The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining smooth office functionality and providing professional assistance to management and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems

  • Assist with onboarding new staff and coordinating internal communications

  • Handle office supply inventory and reorder as needed

  • Provide support during meetings by taking minutes and distributing materials

  • Liaise with external vendors and partners as needed
