Job Description

This Business Manager will lead a commerce team managing end-to-end commerce activities across various platforms. Responsibilities include developing key analyses for conversion media, building data repositories, performing post-campaign analysis, monitoring performance data for ROI optimization, collaborating with clients and internal teams, developing targeting models, partnering with data & analytics teams, managing audience tactics, performing deep-dives into audience campaigns, creating documentation, and collaborating on retail campaigns. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in marketing/advertising, a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Analytics, Computer Science, or Data Science), and deep understanding of conversion media and performance marketing KPIs.

Job Description

This individual will lead a commerce team responsible for the end to end management of commerce activities on various platforms. The individual needs to be well versed with the Ecommerce digital landscape, have the ability to interact with internal and external teams and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of conversion-focused media and performance marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

•       Develop and maintain key analyses for Conversion media and report out results to broader organization

•       Build and maintain a data repository for Commerce media performance

•       Perform Post Campaign Analysis for end-of-campaign provided from multiple vendors and retailers into consolidated, strategic quarterly reporting to inform future media strategy

•       Monitor & analyze performance data across channels, tactics, partners & campaigns to ensure budget is optimized to deliver the highest ROI

•       Analyze daily performance of the account to suggest optimizations that maximize incrementally

•       Partner with the client to work towards an uniform goal and ensuring client satisfaction

•       Mine internal user and response data to develop targeting models, decision rules and response/ROI forecasting

•       Partner with broader Data & Analytics teams to develop a data strategy roadmap to fully optimize & operationalize acquisition data sources

•       Collaborate closely with the planning/client servicing team to manage and coordinate audience tactics within marketing plans

•       Perform deep-dives of audience campaigns to inform best practices for different products and strategies

•       Assist in providing ongoing reporting and analysis to inform and support business and marketing decisions

•       Understand key drivers and audiences for each business unit and their specific marketing potential

•       Create documentation around new processes derived from audience testing results

•       Collaborate with Strategy and Planning teams to develop comprehensive onsite and off-site retail campaigns to drive acquisition and conversion

•       Partner and collaborate with retailers and 3rd party vendors on Commerce KPI and data strategies

 

Qualifications

Experience Required:

•       4+ years working within the Marketing/Advertising vertical

•       Bachelor's degree with a preference in the area of Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science

•       Team Management and in-depth interface knowledge

•       Deep understanding conversion media fundamentals and performance marketing KPIs across digital and offline channels

•       Expert in incremental sales lift analysis for display and search campaigns driving to digital retailer landing pages

•       Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Data Visualizations tools such as: Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker or Datorama 

 

Experience Preferred:

•       Experience with Paid Media/DSP Platforms

•       Experience with Data sourcing Model

•       Experience of working with multiple internal and external teams

•       An In-depth understanding of E-commerce Vertical
