  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, COEs, and regional stakeholders, aligning technology priorities with business goals and operational needs
  • Own and prioritize the HR technology backlog — spanning platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, and others used for career pathing, onboarding, performance, compensation, and more
  • Act as a bridge between HR and CT, translating business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and epics
  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end people processes including hire-to-retire, talent planning, performance management, and organizational change workflows
  • Support strategic initiatives related to workforce transformation, learning innovation, AI-driven personalization, and improved employee experience
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and implementation partners to ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, and compliant
  • Participate in governance, roadmap planning, agile ceremonies, and executive-level updates related to HR technology initiatives

What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, HR technology, business analysis, or HR operations
  • Comfortable working adjusted schedule to support US time zone
  • Experience supporting or partnering with HR leadership and Centers of Excellence in an enterprise setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success in strategic stakeholder engagement, roadmap development, and platform delivery in a corporate HR environment
  • Agile delivery experience required
  • Experience contributing to or leading HR transformation programs, platform implementations, or employee experience initiatives is strongly preferred
  • Experience managing backlogs and agile delivery using tools like Jira, Aha!, and Confluence
  • Proficiency in working with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Greenhouse, Cornerstone OnDemand, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, or similar
  • Familiarity with integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, learning systems, and enterprise platforms
  • Comfort with process mapping and documentation using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro
  • Experience defining requirements and collaborating on solutions across IT, Security, Compliance, and HRIS functions

Will be an advantage:

  • Сertifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or HR tech certifications (e.g., Workday Pro, SHRM-SCP) are preferred
  • Working knowledge of employee experience analytics, survey platforms, or AI-enabled HR tools is a plus

We offer:

  • Private medical insurance for you, one adult dependent, and your children
  • Meal tickets
  • Private pension plan
  • Life insurance
  • Vision reimbursement
  • Annual leave and additional vacation days based on tenure
  • Cafeteria Benefit Plan where you will be able to flexibly customize your benefits package based on your budget and personal needs
  • Veeam Care Days – additional 24 hours for your volunteering activities
  • Professional training and education, including courses and workshops, internal meetups, and unlimited access to our online learning platforms (Percipio, Athena, O’Reilly) and mentoring through our MentorLab program
