Job Description

As a CCAI Sales Specialist, you will help grow Google's Contact Center AI (CCAI) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) business. You'll build and expand customer relationships, lead day-to-day interactions with cross-functional teams and clients, and identify innovative solutions. Responsibilities include meeting quotas, exceeding business goals, collaborating with internal teams (Customer Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to develop go-to-market strategies, closing agreements, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer experiences. You will also assist customers in identifying suitable CCAI and AI/GenAI use cases for Google Cloud products, articulating key differentiators, and demonstrating measurable business impact. This role requires fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and involves up to 50% travel.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space.
  • Experience identifying CCaaS use cases to solve customer challenges or selling Customer Experience or AI technology to clients.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience carrying and exceeding business goals in sales roles.
  • Experience working cross-functionally (including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal) to inventory existing software estate, build business cases for transformation with implementation plans, and close agreements.
  • Experience supporting long-term executive relationships, and developing new territories/accounts, while ensuring customer success, adoption, and expansion.
  • Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based sales activity within complex business-cycles, including qualifying accounts and leveraging our partner ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions (including foundational technical understanding) of Cloud and AI.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and active listening skills.

As a CCAI Sales Specialist, you will help us grow our Contact Center AI (CCAI) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will lead day-to-day relationships with cross-functional team members and external customers, leading with empathy, while identifying innovative ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole to drive overall value for Google Cloud. You will partner with internal Google Cloud sales teams to grow our Customer Experience businesses, including expansion agreements and working with product teams to help our customers build new products leveraging our AI.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers as the Customer Experience and CCAI subject matter expert and trusted advisor, managing complex business cycles, identifying solution use cases, and influencing long-term strategic direction of accounts.
  • Deliver against quota and achieve or exceed business and growth goals while forecasting and reporting your territory’s business.
  • Work with Google accounts and cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Channels) to develop go-to-market strategies, drive pipeline and business growth, close agreements, understand customer requirements, and provide excellent prospect and customer experience.
  • Assist customers in identifying CCAI and AI/GenAI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
