Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, and supporting the execution of communication strategies. This position requires excellent organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Write, edit, and proofread internal and external communications including press releases, newsletters, reports, and presentations.

• Coordinate with various departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.

• Support media relations efforts, including drafting statements and managing press inquiries.

• Monitor and report on communication metrics to assess impact and engagement.

• Organize and support company events, announcements, and outreach initiatives.

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
