Lingokids is seeking a Creative Project Manager for an 8-month maternity cover. The role involves ensuring the seamless execution of creative workflows, managing briefs, assets, and stakeholder communications across multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, understand agile methodologies, and provide actionable feedback on creative materials using brand guidelines. Basic design knowledge for asset management in Adobe Creative Cloud is also required. Lingokids is a global leader in educational technology, aiming to raise amazing kids through Playlearning™. Must have:
  • Coordinate creative briefs and manage production processes.
  • Organize and prioritize creative team workload.
  • Track progress using project management tools and agile methodologies.
  • Provide feedback on creative assets to ensure brand compliance.
  • Support minor design tasks and file management.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and freelancers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with agile workflows and tools (GitHub, Figma, Trello).
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English (Native or C2+ level).

  • Previous experience with children's content or family brands.
  • Experience with Github, Figma, or Trello.

As a Creative project manager you will ensure the seamless execution of creative workflows, manage briefs, assets, and stakeholder communications across multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands agile methodologies, and can provide actionable feedback on creative materials using brand guidelines. Basic design knowledge is also required to assist with exporting or managing assets in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc).

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and manage incoming creative briefs from various stakeholders, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with timelines.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of creative production processes to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
  • Organize and prioritize workload across the creative team, identifying potential bottlenecks or resource constraints.
  • Track progress using project management tools (GitHub) and agile methodologies (prioritize Backlog and plan Sprints).
  • Facilitate meetings as needed to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creative requests, maintaining transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Review creative assets to ensure full compliance with brand guidelines, including tone, visual identity, and brand essence. Provide clear, constructive feedback to help designers and freelancers create assets that feel unmistakably Lingokids.
  • Support minor design tasks including exporting, versioning, and organizing files using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Coordinate with freelancers to ensure they have accurate briefs, realistic timelines, and necessary resources.
  • Support the team with purchase order creation and basic budget tracking for creative production.

    What you’ll bring

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with agile workflows and principles (Scrum, Kanban) and experience using tools like GitHub, Figma, or Trello.
    • Strong understanding of creative processes and ability to provide constructive feedback aligned with brand and campaign goals.
    • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, marketers, and external partners.
    • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
    • Previous experience with children's content or family brands is a plus.
    • Fluent in English (Native or C2+ level).
