The Customer Success Operations Analyst will join the fast-growing Customer Success Operations team to execute operational activities that drive customer success and business growth. This role involves close collaboration with Technical Support, Technical Account Management, and Sales teams. The analyst will be responsible for providing end-user support, identifying areas for process improvement, and proposing solutions to increase efficiency and scalability. This role is crucial for delivering on CrowdStrike's mission to stop breaches.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing Customer Success Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with our Technical Support, Technical Account Management, and Sales teams to execute operational activities that drive customer success and business growth. Utilizing your deep understanding of our Customer Success tools and processes, you will assist in providing end-user support internally. You will also identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency and scalability. Our mission is to stop breaches, and you will be a key part of our ability to deliver on that mission.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute operational activities to support Customer Success, including reviewing price quotes, assigning account team members, formatting and sending automated customer communications

  • Work closely with Customer Success, and with cross-functional teams, to ensure effective execution of operational activities 

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Customer Success tools, processes and procedures

  • Provide internal end-user support for Customer Success tools 

  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency and scalability

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS degree

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations or Finance

  • Self-starter, able to navigate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, strong team contributor; able to work independently and cross-functionally

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline-intensive environment

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets are key tools)

  • Experience with CRM, Customer Success Management and/or Support Case Management tools
