The Desktop Support Engineer will provide direct and remote technical support for operating systems, software, computer hardware, peripherals, networks, VoIP, mobile phones, and CCTV. Responsibilities include diagnosing and solving technical problems, installing and configuring hardware and mobile devices, maintaining documentation, supporting internal IT orders (including warehouse management), and administering basic access rights and licenses.
