We are currently seeking a Digital Strategy Director to join a dynamic team in a nationwide (remote) position with a focus on driving impactful digital strategies for a variety of exciting clients.
As the Digital Strategy Director, you’ll lead and guide a cross-functional team in delivering innovative digital marketing solutions that achieve client success. This is a senior-level role requiring expertise in digital channels, web strategy, and data analytics, as well as the ability to oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
About the Opportunity
In this leadership role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute digital strategies for high-profile clients, leveraging your expertise in UX, SEO, and analytics. You’ll be the go-to digital expert, collaborating with both internal teams and clients to develop integrated marketing strategies and ensure successful implementation across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal and client-facing digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee client meetings, presentations, and the development of digital strategy recommendations.
- Educate clients on all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, paid search, social media, web development, and more.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to integrate digital solutions across broader marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for all things digital.
- Lead digital audits, analyze web performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize client campaigns.
- Manage the development of digital pitches, proposals, and tactical strategies.
- Oversee digital performance analytics, using data to inform strategy and improve ROI.
- Stay on top of emerging trends and technologies in the digital space, ensuring the agency remains competitive and innovative.
- Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to implement best practices across digital channels.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on B2B and B2C digital solutions.
- Strong expertise in web strategy, UX design, SEO, ADA compliance, and analytics.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of digital strategists and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools, including web analytics platforms, data visualization tools, and content management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate digital strategies to clients and internal teams.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes through digital campaigns.
- Experience working with multi-channel campaigns and integrating digital strategies into larger marketing programs.
