Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and community events from start to finish, ensuring each one runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, setup, transportation, catering, and vendor management

• Develop detailed event plans and timelines

• Serve as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders before and during events

• Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown

• Manage event budgets and ensure financial accountability

• Prepare post-event reports and feedback assessments

• Collaborate with the internal team to support marketing and promotional materials

• Ensure all events comply with safety, legal, and operational guidelines
