Job Description

The Technology Recruiter will identify, interview, and hire experienced candidates for Engineering teams in EMEA offices. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to develop search strategies, collaborating with external recruiting agencies, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. The role emphasizes building strong relationships and maintaining the human element in recruiting. The recruiter will be involved in hiring for a variety of technical roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Must have:
  • 8+ years of professional experience recruiting technologists.
  • Experience managing a pipeline from initial engagement to onboarding.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Motivated self-starter who can prioritize effectively.
  • Humble attitude and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Ability to exercise discretion in communication.
  • Strong team player.
  • Natural inclination to prioritize in a commercial manner.
  • Willing to travel to recruiting conferences and events.
  • Fluency in English required.

About the Position

We are looking for a Technology Recruiter to help us identify, interview, and hire experienced candidates across our Engineering teams in our EMEA offices. You’ll work on a variety of technical roles, from perennial hires like Software, IT, and Networking roles, to novel hires in areas that we’re expanding.

People and relationships drive our recruiting approach. You’ll partner with hiring managers to develop search strategies, and collaborate with our external recruiting agencies to supplement our traditional pipelines. You’ll also help active candidates navigate our hiring processes. We prize the quality of these relationships and trust them to help us reach our goals; we avoid a strict reliance on numbers and targets.

About You

  • 8+ years of professional experience recruiting top-notch technologists
  • Deep experience managing a pipeline of candidates from initial engagement to onboarding, and collaborating with hiring managers to kick off novel searches from scratch
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude
  • Motivated self-starter who can prioritise tasks effectively and turn ideas into action
  • Humble attitude about what you know and don’t know; not afraid to ask questions and admit mistakes
  • Ability to exercise discretion and be thoughtful about internal and external communication
  • Strong team player, with the ability to work effectively within and across various teams, and independently as appropriate
  • Natural inclination to prioritise in a commercial manner, and keep candidates and hiring managers fully informed throughout a search
  • Willing to travel throughout the year to recruiting conferences and events
  • Fluency in English required
