Job title:
As a Field Service Technicial you support the technical needs of Philips customers, providing maintenance and installation to HealthTech products & services, maximizing customer satisfaction by seeking opportunities to support our customers further and deliver value.

Your role:

• Working on customers sites in the french - speaking region of switzerland for installation/assembly of our IGT diagnostic systems, corrective maintenance, and quality checks.

• Ensuring the corrective maintenance on our device

• Training users on equipment operation and upgrades.

• Ensuring the transmission of information related to your interventions.

• Collaborating with sales teams to meet customer needs.

You're the right fit if:

• Technical or electronic training background (mechanical engineer, electromechanical technician, electrical technician, electronics technician)

• In-depth knowledge of computer and digital technology

• Strong affinity for the diverse field of medical technology

• Excellent French and English language skills

• Independent, flexible, team-oriented, and professional work approach

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
