This role involves managing the business aspects of game character intellectual property (IP). Key responsibilities include animation arrangement and distribution, global partnership development, and merchandising (MD) business leveraging the company's own IP. The position also entails managing contracts and settlements with global partners, agents, licensees, and sub-licensees. Additionally, the role will be involved in organizing IP-related offline events and managing online shops. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English at a business level and have no disqualifications for overseas business trips. Experience in MD and licensing utilizing game IP, along with a high understanding of the Ragnarok game, is preferred.
